Bookings Manager (old Bookings Manager only) - Searching for a Booking

Quick Intro

This article explains how to search for existing bookings/reservations, and open them so that you can check, modify, or cancel them. 

Notes
This article is only relevant to Havenstar versions 3.30 or earlier. In version 3.31 onwards, the Bookings Manager was updated and renamed to Visitor Bookings Manager.


1. To Search for a booking, open the Bookings Manager, and use either the Diary and select date in Day or Week view. Double-click on a booking to open it.

 


2.      Or, go to the main Bookings tab, and use the blue magnifying glass search button

3.      Or, use the Bookings Manager Reports
