Fuel Manager is a comprehensive stock and price management module aimed at helping you track your stock, manage your pricing, and optimise your margins on fuel sales.
Features
- Stock management – Log dip readings, deliveries, adjustments, and fuel used for marina machinery.
- Fuel types – Track petrol, diesel, and other fuels separately, all individually colour-coded.
- Cost blending – Blend costs of new and existing fuel stock to track rolling stock value.
- Competitor analysis – Log prices from local competitors, compare and review trends over time.
- Price management – Review costs and decide on the most appropriate mark-up. Update system prices with one click.
- Reporting – Report on average costs, mark-ups, sales volumes, taxes, and fuel duties over time.
- Logging – Historical logs of all changes made.
How It Works
The Fuel Manager is a separate module, and most of the functionality is encapsulated within one Fuel Manager screen, with a variety of tabs and functions within. The Fuel Manager is a bolt-on module, so it won't appear in your Nav Bar unless you've purchased and been licensed for it.
