Debt Management Module - Feature Overview
Quick Intro
Havenstar's Debt Management module is a new module for automating and streamlining debt-chasing processes. It enables you to create a defined escalation process, ensuring that all users follow the same steps.
Features
The module tracks each outstanding invoice individually and combines automated workflows with additional manual checks:
- Define your debt escalation process, including how many days between each stage
- For example, after 14 days overdue, send a friendly reminder email.
- After 180 days, escalate to legal proceedings (and everything in-between).
- Automatically send emails and/or SMS messages, with custom, personalised templates.
- Include additional manual steps that users should complete and check off e.g. phone calls.
- Users can also add custom notes, and exclude accounts from the process altogether.
