Havenstar Dockside App - Feature Overview
Quick Intro
The Havenstar Dockside App is a mobile app for iPad that brings you Havenstar functionality out on the pontoon and around the marina.
Where To Find It
The app itself can be downloaded and installed to an iPad from the Apple Store. However, in order to use it, we will need to set-up the secure connection to your Havenstar database. If you're interested in this module, contact us at sales@havenstar.com for more information.
Features
- Arrive, move, and depart boats.
- Create new boats and capture customer and vessel information.
- Complete dock walks, adding notes and making changes where boats have already moved or departed.
- Quickly access emergency contact information, if there's a problem with a customer's boat.
- Log and record electricity and water meter readings.
All changes are made in real-time and reflected immediately in your core Havenstar system.
