Havenstar & DocuSign - Feature Overview
Quick Intro
Havenstar can be integrated and connected to your DocuSign platform. This article gives a brief overview of the features and functions that are enabled when you purchase the Havenstar DocuSign module.
Features
The DocuSign workflows are tied into the Contract Manager, and are used to send and receive signed copies of the long-term mooring contracts:
- Dispatch documents for signing to the customer.
- Automatically download signed PDFs once completed.
- Check document status, cancel, and resend documents directly from Havenstar.
- Bulk send renewal contracts for signing.
How It Works
The Havenstar DocuSign module is connected directly to your own DocuSign account, so if you don't have one already, you'll need to get one. Dispatching a contract from Havenstar counts as one "envelope" - the DocuSign term for an individual document - so you'll also need a suitable plan, and credits to cover enough envelopes as you expect to send.
