Visitor Bookings Manager - Find an Existing Booking

Visitor Bookings Manager - Find an Existing Booking

Quick Intro

There are various ways to find an existing visitor booking that you need to administer. This article explains these methods.

Where To Find It

You can open the Visitor Bookings Manager from the Nav Bar, under the Boats & Berths section.

You can also find bookings in the Set-up Boats screen, which can also be accessed from the Nav Bar under Boats & Berths, or using the F10 keyboard shortcut.

How to Find Bookings

Using the Visitor Bookings Manager Diary

Upon opening the Visitor Bookings Manager, you will land on the Diary page. From here, you can see boats expected in and out. Double-clicking on a boat will open the relevant booking.

You can view different dates by either:
  1. Using the arrows at the top to cycle forward and backward through the days and weeks.
  2. Using the calendar in the bottom-right to select a specific date.
  3. You can also use the buttons labelled 1 and 7 at the top to change the main view to a Daily or Weekly view.

From the Bookings tab in the Visitor Bookings Manager, you can use the blue Search button to open the Find Booking window.

From here, you can narrow down your search using various filters. Press the DELETE key to clear out the date filters. Note that, by default, cancelled bookings are not shown - use the Status filter to include these.

Click Search to show the results, and then double-click on any result to open that Booking.

To find bookigs associated with one specific boat, you can also use the Set-up Boats (F10) screen.

Open the Set-up Boats screen, and then navigate to the Bookings tab. From here, you can view all the past bookings for a boat, and open them into the Visitor Bookings Manager by double-clicking them.
