How To Find and Restore an Archived Boat
Restoring an Archived Boat
Quick Intro
Old or inactive boats and customer accounts can be archived, which effectively just hides them from search results. Any historical contracts, invoices, bookings etc. for an archived account will still appear in the relevant reports. This article explains how to restore an archived boat (since it won't show up in most of the search results).
If you are using Quick Search:
1) Press F2, F3 or F4
2) Press the legacy boats button
3) Enter the boat you are looking for and select Inactive Boats
4) Select the boat, and you should then be prompted if you'd like to un-archive the boat
If you are already using Legacy Search:
1) Press F2
2) Enter the boat you are looking for and select Inactive Boats
3) Select the boat, and you should then be prompted if you'd like to un-archive the boat
